Spiros holds a BSc in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus and an MSc in Real Estate Studies from the University of Groningen. With a strong foundation in finance and real estate, he combines expertise in economic analysis with a deep understanding of the characteristics that influence property values. Certified as a Real Estate Property Valuer by PeopleCert in 2024, Spiros has been working as a real estate appraiser since 2018, contributing to portfolio valuations for banks and private funds, as well as individual property valuations for a variety of purposes.
