Dionysia Karampatsou holds a Diploma on Architectural Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

She has performed many architectural studies and completed construction works for private projects (residential and commercial buildings).

Since 2010, she collaborates with the Greek banks in the field of real estate valuations.

She is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) and the Association of Greek Appraisers (SEKE).

She is a Recognized European Valuator (REV) from TEGoVA
