Dimitra Alevizou holds a Diploma on Architectural Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. She has more than 15 years of experience in developing architectural studies, with an expertise on design projects, as a permanent partner of Architectural Studios and Construction companies. Furthermore, she has been working for more than 10 years on real estate appraisal projects, having signed more than 500 individual appraisals of aggregate real estate value of more than €150m., as a contractor initially of EMPORIKI BANK and later of ALPHA BANK, while she has worked as a contractor for AMERICAN APPRAISAL. She is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and of the Association of Greek Valuers.
