Nikos Alexiadis is a Diploma-qualified Architect Engineer, graduated from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He has extensive experience in architectural design and the construction of private projects, including residential and commercial buildings. Since 2011, he has been specializing in real estate valuation, having prepared a large number of valuation reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), the Association of Greek Valuers (SEKE), and the Hellenic Institute of Valuation (ELIE). He is also a Recognised European Valuer (REV), accredited by TEGoVA.
