Dimitra Alevizou is a Diploma-qualified Architect Engineer, graduated from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). She has more than 20 years of experience in architectural design, specializing in conceptual design, and has worked as a long-term associate with architectural firms and construction companies.

In addition, she has over 15 years of experience in real estate valuation, having been actively involved in the valuation of a wide range of property types. She is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) and the Association of Greek Valuers (SEKE). She is also a Certified Real Estate Valuer, accredited by PeopleCert.
